I bought it for 17 bucks at an estate sale, considering its condition, what would it be worth. Thanks guys, I really appreciate the help.

Acetone will take the glue off the front. You did good, it's worth between $23-25.

It melts at over $21 right now, it's worth that much for sure. S$1 always carry a premium to melt though, so unless they're heavily damaged you'll get $25 out of them.

I would try the acetone soak and you should feel pretty good about getting it for $17!

I show melt at $20.80, but still a good deal. If you think silver is overvalued, clean it up and unload it. If you think silver is undervalued, hang on to it since most of its value is in the silver content.

Thanks for helping me grade, I can now see these as Morgans mainly they're rare I guess lol.
I proceeded as the IndianGoldEagle stated, and actually came across non-acetone nail polish, and it still worked. I finished off cleaning with a 3m session of electrolysis and voila the coin is more beautiful than before :D

Actually, you didn't proceed as IndianGoldEagle suggested, and now you have an obviously-cleaned con worth no more than melt. He recommended acetone, for a reason.
