Found this coin in my grandfather's coin collection, seems to be in pretty good shape and was wondering what ya'll thought a possible grade could be?

I think it looks VF, leaning toward AU, but the scratches hold it back

XF to AU, but appears to have been brushed cleaned at one point. Nice piece though.
