I don't think Turkish, the moon is less open on Turkish coins. Can you get a closer/larger picture

the numbering is arabic or hyderabad arabic but I cannot make out enough of the coin to get closer than that. Whatever it is, I'm currenly leaning away from an actual coin, it likes the 786 number. It is in both western and arabic all over the piece. Possibly a piece commerating Al-Hadi, Arabic kalief of Islam, he died in that year.
