I will bet you that you will never know of anyone else that has a set! Do you have good documentary evidence of the low mintage? May be useful to prove it's value on future years. WVUcoins Valued Member United States 141 Posts	Posted 07/25/2012 6:16 pm Yes this set was struck in copper-nickle not silver. The only documentation was a card that is inserted in with the set. It states The Royal Mint was authorised by the Saudi Arabian monetary Agency to strike a limited number of proof coins.It also states only 5000 of these proof coin collections have been struck for worldwide distribution. I will try to post some pictures of it tonight. I actually got a very good deal on this set and decided to list it on ebay for twice what I paid for it to see if others were more interested in this then I and someone bid on it already so it will only be in my possession for 4 more days. I was able to sell one and use the profit to pay for the other set. IMO It is a nice addition to my collection. I haven't forgotten about the folders your are looking for.
