Roll searching US dimes this weekend, I found a 1910 Canadian dime. Pretty cool find, even though I really don't collect Canadian coins... Except a nickel from my birthyear. Canadian nickels rule.

Anyway, it's in decent shape. The reverse is very nice but the face on the obverse is a little scratched up looking.

With this date in what most likely grades as a fine, at best, would it be worth any more than melt?

Probably the most common date of the Edward VII series, but an incredible roll find.

Current trends price is $6 in VG8 and $12 in F12, but that probably overstates what you might get for it on ebay.

Still, you'll probably do better than the $1.90 or so melt value.
