I don't seek errors in coins but rather am looking for variations. Of course occasionally errors leap out - or is it just damage?

In my opinion, the 2004 $1 is slightly off centre...the rest just look scratched.

you took the words right out of my mouth. I would keep the 2004 if you dont have any others like that but if you have a few then its probably not worth it.

The 2001 has some Heavy pitting. Wonder what caused that?

Thanks. The 2001 almost looks as though there was an impurity in the metal but I can't see it getting out of the mint like that.
