I think this seller might be wasting their time with this listing,maybe it's just one of those listings to get peoples attention so they look at their other items,my Mrs did when she found the above listing so I guess it works.

Yes that is a bit odd,if it is at 10 o'clock on Obverse then it stands to reason it would 4 o'clock on the Reverse,which from the pics it is.
