These kind of "revaluation" counterstamps seem to be really common in South and Central American countries.

A few days after getting the Un Colon c/s, I got a frantic message from the seller. He had sent me the wrong coin, which he discovered when it sold to someone. I sent it back, and he sent me the one I had originally purchased and made it worth my while.
