The pictures make it too difficult, something >= AU. Why don't you drop the loupe and just enlarge what your camera takes? Does your camera have a macro setting?

I think I am seeing a MS60'ish. It is hard to tell from the photos. Having said that. There are a couple of distracting marks and IMHO Jefferson's get knocked down in grade fairly easily.

Hard to see the details my guess is AU-50?

It looks like a mint state coin to me. It's definitely a very late die state example, which can sometimes be mistaken for wear.
