Both coins are very nice. I agree with the 63-64 on the Franklin and the merc is super nice.

CH, I could be wrong, but it was my understanding that any interruption in the lines would nix the designation. Regardless, its a NICE coin.

@smoke A nick in the line does not necessarily take away the FBL designation. FBL is determined by strike, not by bag marks, nics, etc. Go to the PCGS Price Guide site and click on all examples for the 1950-D. You will see several of their really high grade 66/67's will have nicks through the bell lines. That's my story YOUR HONOR and I'm sticking to it!
