For me it's all about the eye appeal unless it involves one of the one type that I know a little bit about (Constantine posthumous). That's why I voted gold for that one; it wasn't necessarily the best or most valuable coin in this round, but it is an exceptional specimen of the type.

Well, I kind of think of these SMACKDOWN events being a bit like watching the Miss Universe Pagents ... => sure, the girls may have to perform in the talent portion of the competition, but 10 times outta 10, the girl that performs well in the bathing suit competition is gonna be somewhere near the top, while the chick that nailed her bag-pipe routine may not be found in the final grouping ... I'm just sayin'

NOTE => there are only 1.25 hours until Batman's new/revised voting deadline!! => 8pm, Eastern ... ValiantKnight, augustus1 and MartiVltori are the only three remaining contestants who've entered a coin, but haven't voted yet (well, maridvnvm too, but he stated that he was going on vaction so he won't be voting) ... SIDENOTE => Benbyfield and echizento didn't enter a coin, but voted which is not only appreciated, but totally encouraged!! => the more votes, the better! => so again => there are now only "68" more minutes to vote for your favorite coin (mmmm, just look at those bathing beauties!!)

Geesh, if I can't even make the podeum with my favorite coin, then sadly I think I must be destined to be in the peanut-gallery!!? ... oh well, good times ... => absolutely gorgeous coins in that SMACKDOWN, plus record-breaking participation => hats-off to all of the contestants!!

Ummm, what are some possible coin topics?
- snakes? - eagles? (have we had that already?) - suckling twins? - time period between this and that? - coins with Victory or Nike? - coins with Zeus, Apollo, Athena, Roma, Jupiter, or whoever?
... what else?

Already posted the next one Steve. Thought (also) that Victory/Nike is a subject large enough to include most of us.

Thought voting ended tomorrow? Quote: Voting will last 1 day. Ending at 20:00hrs TUESDAY AUGUST 21st Well whether I can still vote or not, my list would have been the same as the winning three except I would switch the gold and silver winners.

NVM I found where you guys agreed to change it. Didn't have time to keep up with the thread so I missed it.
