It's late Roman, sometime around 300-400 AD. My late Roman ID skills aren't good enough to pick it beyond that without a clearer picture of the side with the portrait.

Your coin is Constantine the great with reverse type VICTORIAE LAETAE PRINC PERP.

I don't have time to work out a full attribution right now but I am sure others will come along soon enough.

Here is an an example of this type from Siscia from my collection.
