I'm not familiar with the type B or C reverses, and have 12 CH. BU Quarter Dollars in my not-so-junk junk silver pile that will be sold whenever spot hits $50. a ounce...
I just uploaded the silver to photobucket and can post the 10 remaining reverses in this thread if you would like to check them out...

The B reverses are only on 1956P-1964P quarters. The C reverse is only on the 1964D quarter. The B reverse pick up point is the space between the bottom of the E & S in the word STATES. Proof pieces have this reverse, but the buisness strike pieces with this proof reverse are the ones that are Rev B's. The 1964D Rev C has the reverse of the 1965 quarter with eagle tail feathers that are split.
