Well, It has transpired that I now have a batch of 10 (awfully beaten up) greek coins. Ill be honest, I'm havent been at all interested in ancient greece, so I have absolutely no idea of any symbolism, rulers or trends to look for here. I cant even see any letters! So please help, here are the coins, close ups on request, please post anything you see and help me work out what all this stuff is:

I wont bother editting the last post - the inscription: EAKALA(dirtcovered). Its not survived well, I fear cleaning it further may just obfuscate the current letters, which are hazy at best. the other side reads: (dirtcovered)TN (could me M). I guess this wont help much... Ill look up those which you have suggested, thanks guys. Ancient noob, this is the coin you think is a Hannibal, but all I see is quiggles:

@Ben- The Obverse looks a little different on mine. The reverse is similar under closer inspection. Weigh it and we might be able to narrow it down a little bit. Hannibal, Carthago Nova c. BC 220-215 Obv. Tanit Rev. Carthaginian Helm AE 1.59g

On yours the head looks to be facing the other direction and there is what appears to be the Greek Letter "Lambda" above the helm on the reverse.

I also noticed the other Larger Helm coin you have at the bottom left also has the Greek Letter L...even more interesting.

Good eye Dionysis, another down! I have an owl coin!
I would still like a Hannibal...Any other people can see?

My eyes picked out the bee and the owl too. Nice to have some recognizable coins in that lot!
