May be a token not a coin.

It looks like an arcade token to me.

I agree with the others, it's a token.

I don't believe that the 29 stars are significant (as in number of states), as this looks like a more modern token, say after 1970.

It is heavy like a gold coin, so do you think its not worth nothing?

I do not see anything that would give any indication it is composed of gold. Of course, you have also not provided us with a weight or diameter either so there is no size reference. I have never seen a plain generic token composed of a precious metal, something like that would be bronze or brass and might be gold plated(minimal gold value).

I have had these. There is also a similar one that also says FREEDOM on it. I sell them for 25 cents.

So it's not real gold then? Just I found some information on a site detailing the same description stating that they only made 10 of the In 1933 and they where rare. Isit an American token then? Worth me just throwing?

It is an American-made token. It is not an American gold coin; the "double eagle" you've read about does not have two eagles on it, "double eagle" is the denomination (an eagle is 10 dollars, so a double-eagle is a 20 dollar coin). The 1933 double-eagle was a saint-gaudens type and looks like this. I seriously doubt that your token is going to be made of gold. These tokens are made of brass. They are "generic" or "stock" tokens, without any company's name or information on them. If someone needed to buy a quantity of tokens cheaply (for their video arcade, laundromat, car wash or whatever) and didn't want to go to the expense of having their own token dies made, they would order a batch of tokens like these. As for value, it's not completely worthless, but it's not worth much. Here's one just like yours being sold on delcampe.co.uk for 50 pence.

I have an identical one of these. I was thinking of putting it on the forum but then saw yours, and decided to wait for the outcome. mine is definitely not gold. it is quite light and some kind of lightweight metal alloy.
I thought it might be some kind of gaming token. I await the identification with interest.
