Hello timotay01

Was looking for the Robin earlier today, did not see any at two post offices. Was wondering where you seen one. I only seen the 25 cent Mallard at the post offices.

timotay01, I did see the robin, the silver mallard and the 25 cent mallard at a few locations (some of the less traveled ones in fact). I was surprised to see a two loons coin and 3 of the 4 niobium coins (not the wolf). I like them all but not enough to buy them, even at cost. One had the SS Beaver coin, but at $1200, too rich for me.

If I am looking for a particular coin, I just ask the Post Office if they can get one for me. They search dozens of outlets up to 2 hour drive away.
Now they see me coming and show me the new catalog awaiting my order.

Searched a few POs today and found a few 2011 25 cent Ladybugs, a 2012 Calgary Stampede dollar, a 2012 Pink Niobium and a 2013 GITD dino among others. Seems like 'sold out and off sale' coins may just show up in post offices for years to come.

Picked up the new $20 Silver Canadian Maple Canopy at a Shoppers Drug Mart in Port Elgin. Store had 3 come in yesterday so now there's 2 left. They also had 3 of the new Limited Edition Silver Dollar 250th Anniversary of the Seven Years War on the shelf too.

I've had good luck here and in Owen Sound, they have good stock and carry a good variety.
