Do the pairs of PPs denote the word delineations? Are the other pairs relevant (EE and TT)? Poker has more than 2 cards. Would you consider "PCP" to be a "pair" of P's?

Are there 31 characters in the answer? That would be 1 character per complete set of "coloured 3 letter blocks".
