I was paying $3.50 over spot at my local shop and usually the same on ebay. Now that its $34+ an oz, the premium goes up? Not sure I understand. lol Report this Post to the Staff

mkfarm Pillar of the Community United States 667 Posts	Posted 09/17/2012 8:11 pm I pay $1.00 over spot for ASE's from a local coin dealer that just deals in it as a second job. No store he just goes to coin shows etc. I then look for deals when APMEX or some one else has a special. I don't collect ASE's so having the latest and greatest recent mintage is not important to me. That's not to say at times I will not buy a special edition of ASE's such as the last two releases or proofs. Report this Post to the Staff

I always use usps first class and buy mailers in bulk so I can ship anything under say 10 ounces for no more then $4.
