The recent lowest bid price (completed) is around 270. Most completed bidding are above 300. S0...yes, it is still popular IMO.

The reason the prices is still high is most people have not got their sets yet. Once the market becomes flooded, the prices will drop.

@MoneyPenney So you believe 5000sets will flood the market? I never saw this happened, for example, the ladybug coin...well, time will tell anyway...

5000 wont flood, because everyday in MC has 3 coming to them each , which only leaves about 1666 people getting the set or so ,

So yes on ebay the trends will stay around the same market price

Really? Dealers got their share and not every MC member bought 3 sets. It's very safe to say that more than 1666 people will get this set.

There will likely be a small temporary dip in prices as these hit the market though that may be buoyed by Christmas sales (if they are shipped by then).

Long term, I don't see this set getting much past it's current value. I'd be shocked if this is another Ladybug.

Then again, all we have here are opinions.

The suggestion appeared to be that everyone who ordered the set is MC and that they ordered 3 each. 5000/3=1666. Clearly that is fantasy.

Lots of the sets have already been delivered. People have received them directly from the Mint and from dealers in Canada and the US. There are even dealers in Europe that claim to have them.

Stop work on the ark, there will be no flood.

1666? Doesn't make any sense.

Mintage 5000 = MC (not all them order 3) + World wide dealers + Canada Post.
