I do not know the actual grade on this piece , so it should be fun..........it was purchased in with a collection of other coins.....have a go!

Ohhhh BTW..........the scratches are on the capitol plastic holder and not on the coin itself...sorry about the pics.....I tried to blow up some ..so it would show a little more detail on the coin......I have a pic of the reverse also......here it is..........

Gold is always harder to grade, but here's a stab at it. With the amount of detail and I don't see any wear spots, I definitely think it's MS or at least AU55. Without seeing the luster on the coin, I couldn't get more specific.
