Very Nice coin NoHope. This would probably go a 64 or 65. I would suggest that you get it out of the holder you got it in ASAP.

If you look at the 2x2 around the coin you will see cardboard dust. This contains sulfer which can assist in producing carbon spots on your coin.

If yiu look to the right of the "E" in One on the reverse side you can detect one spot just starting. I would move this piece to something more safe.

Nice coin,, Looks like it would make an easy MS-64 ,, looks to be full split Bands,, I think the spot that catman is looking at is a shadow from a card board flake stuck to the mylar,, I could be wrong and I would heed the advice of putting a coin like this in a different holder, I keep all of my full band dimes in airtites.
