Dear list members, I have a site I call RIC IX on AE coins of Valentinian and later (364 - 450 AD) : http://esty.ancients.info/ricix/It has been a long time since I added illustrations of any new types, but today I added the first type 43, a rare Eugienus SPES ROMANORVM .

I have used this page in the past. A lot of hard work involved in putting such a thing together. Thanks Warren. Very good information.

I thought it was just me, but you are correct. The image does not open when selected.

Warren, when I double click on the image of this new addition it does not open like the other images. I just tried it again. Perhaps it just me.

jw, did you "refresh" the page? Maybe you are getting my previously faulty version cached on your machine.

I've tried everything I know to open up type 43. I've even restarted my computer. Still, it won't open for me. All of the others that I have tried all open.

Everything is fine here, the coin is showing properly JW, you could try to delete you browser cache/history

I just tried that too and it still will not open. All the other coins I have tried have opened w/o problem. Hmmmmm, as we used to say in the military "it must be operator head space".
