I promised myself that I wouldn't enter into this discussion again But here goes.
First of all at the moment we don't have anyone with the all the key ingredients Gumption, knowlage or the financial wherewithal to do this in Aus at the moment

We DO however have some outstanding people that sell coins and the only way to tell is by the handwriting on the 2x2's, That is good enough for me .
Them there is the fact that the major
TPG's that are based in the US are quite frankly bloody useless at grading Australian coins, IMHO they are clueless when it comes to Aussie coins.
They don't even consider that the coins in a wedding set are in fact specimen coins when in fact they are produced to make that specification
Getting a high grade coin slobbed IS a great way of value adding when it comes time to sell, But getting them graded by people that are only really used to grading
US coins and spending X amount of dollars in postage and grading fees just to get back a coin in a flash plastic case with a grade you "Just know" is wrong is stupid.
The dealers in Aus are "Embracing" this slobbed concept because they can turn an ordinary coin into something extraordinary simply by getting them graded by some unknown, untraceable and sometimes inept grader and getting the coin entombed in plastic.
Give me a break, the coin is what it is and the plastic doesn't change a bloody thing as far as I am concerned.
The way things are going we may have EFT's on coins next.
I hope I die before THAT happens
