Colonial Acres already sold-out, ordered the coin from RCM via phone call - the website is down. Strange appearance of the additional snake coin, but it looks good, and will fit 20 for 20 series - has the same specifications, although it not really "for 20"

Colonial acres just hasn't listed any yet, don't worry it's not sold out and probably won't sell out for awhile.

To Rockdaddy: Please take a look at Colonial Acres URL: http://colonialacres.com/products.p...37779&ref=47The listing is there from Friday, do not know, when the status changed to Sold-out. But you may be correct in fact that it could be ordered over a phone. They probably released limited amount during MC release.

Didn't take them long to deviate from $20 for $20.

I understand silveroid, but they probably never had them for sale. When they receive the coin they will list them in stock.

They - Colonial Acres - didn't have them, and now pre-order has started. The coins are "in stock", the same day, when RCM also released them to the public.

If they switch the $20/$20 series to a higher priced premium, I am getting out of the series. I suspect this is a one-off, but it's a little suspicious that the weight is the same.
I will be incredibly upset if they INCREASE the price of these bullion finish coins to $125 an ounce. The $20/$20 coins are already grossly overpriced at $78 per ounce. Now, I know many of you will deride me for bringing spot/bullion into the discussion, but for a coin with this kind of mintage, the markup is unjustified. If the $20/$20 had 20,000 mintage, I could see a $32 price for just over a third of an ounce, but 130,000 is a large mintage.

People, don't worry this has nothing to do with 20 for 20. The 20 for 20 will continue next year.

Yeah...this will be additional series "$20 for $32" Anyway strange issue. They could use any other design for it, but use Zodiac Snake again? Bought this coin to put together with 20 for 20. let it be..the snake looks nice.

Winnie88 has posted more information about the origin of this coin before: http://www.sgcoins.com/v-1650-1.htmlAccording to the dealer in Singapore ... "This is a special coin issued by Royal Canadian Mint and exclusive distributed by Singapore Gold Coins and its related company."So it is targeted to Asian market for the lunar new year, they also have a different packaging than our Mint as well. What is truly strange, I think, is how RCM could distributed a portion of them here in Canada.
