When I called they said they have wait times of over 20 minutes. I sure hope they get this figured out. I'm getting tired of baby sitting my orders. I will be a bit upset if they have canceled my orders again
I have seen that error before. I have experienced myself. In my case, my email address was deleted but not my account.
Call the mint. Ask them what email address is associated with your account. If they say none, then ask them to add one. You may then have to reset your password.
