Quote: for some reason the most popular is the Chickasaw as I had a couple of those already this is the first time I have seen anything besides the Chickasaw. thats because chickasaw has anywhere between 70-100 million more coins floating around compared to other ATB'S (not including Hawaii). ATB'S are easy to come by in the minneapolis/st.paul metro. I'm finding close to 1 per roll searched up here, and I LOVE IT!!

I think they're 1 in 40 or so here. Haven't been through a lot of coins in a while though.

Woo hoo, got my 1st Volcanoes in change in today. He didn't have a whole roll, unfortunately. :(
However, it's purdy and it's a keeper!

I've pulled $3.50 from circulation and an honor jar in a campus club (swapping for bills of course).
Strangely, as I live in northern California, I have SIX P mint: four Chickasaw and two Vicksburg in those!
So far, no takers as to trading them away.
To add, I'm not collecting the whole set, just the most famous parks and the ones with cool stuff in the designs.

Got a few more Chickasaws this week. I already have a few, so they will probably be sent back to circulation.

I have not seen any 2011 or 2012 ATB's in circulation yet. My wife just brought home an Acadia P the other day. This was the first one from circulation I have seen. When I ask at banks, they never get any new quarters. I guess they aren't making it to Western Pa.

Wow, you have found a lot of them Hollywood! Still wondering why I can't seem to find a Gettysburg... must be my CA location, or their popularity.

Quote: I gave out my extra El Yunque, Chaco Culture & Acadia (S) Qtrs. for Halloween, To the best costume characters! Were your "extra" S-Quarters 'culls' from the 100-coin bags? I haven't bought any of the bags because people here (and elsewhere) have said the bag coins were full of hits and marks. My "S" Quarters are still in their Mint rolls, except for an extra Hawaii-S roll I bought just so I could open it. All 40 of the coins from that roll are high-MS stunners! Here in Denver, I've found a number of Denver Mint ATB's of all the designs in circulation (and even a Gettysburg-P), but Chickasaw is the one I've found the least of. They must have all left Denver... Found a couple of Hawaii Volcano D's in the wild so far.

Here is an oddity for you all:
I worked for Circle K at a specific location in Scottsdale, AZ, and these were as common as dirt. I was just transferred. I'm three miles from my original store, still in Scottsdale . . . and can find almost none. They're not non-existent, but certainly worth remarking on when I see them.

Most all my S have been fair nice coins out of the rolls. I certainly wouldn't be handing them out to kids. LOL

I've found a grand total of 10 ATB Quarters in Eastern Iowa. 6 of them are Yosemites from Denver. The ATBs certainly don't seem to be circulating too well around here either.
