Still moving up a bit-thirty three silver wouldn't surprise me by weekend....
Erratic indeed it probably will be....
Limbo 33 is really-way too low to make any sells- an most are waitin for sub 30 to buy an those who got some around 31 prob happy with that buy....
If it hits 33 I wish it would surge to 40 plus before years end- but I doubt will see 40 again til sometime next year.....

Europe and next years tax situation are whacking the stock market. PM's dropped because a lot of folks are flocking to the dollar because of the recent strength. I think a big spike is coming in PM's,maybe as early as tomorrow, but I suspect early next week. I just heard that inflows into the PM ETF's have increased dramatically the last few days. Things are about to POP(and I don't mean like a bubble). I wish I could scrape together the capital to get a couple more ounces of gold before Thanksgiving.

@Silverhawk74 Not trying to get too political here but I feel that the lack of concern about our national debt is what kept silver prices so high in the first place for the past 3 years.
Now, with 4 more years of FED printing bliss on the part of the current president will only devalue the US dollar further.
Do not compare the US dollar to the EURO here, look China and Australian currency for a real clear sign of where our paper financial future is headed.
I am locking in my bullion now. Buying in December is no longer a good idea since by then further austerity and debt talks will likely cause even more flight to quality.

I think the smart money's going into Chinese gold foil-wrapped tungsten bars these days. That's where the serious growth potential really is.

I bought a little bit last Friday and am now glad that I did. I've been waiting for silver to go one way or another for quite a while. I've got price targets in mind at $28/$38 which will create opposite reactions. I did buy 50 dimes yesterday at $2.15 per. A bit below melt.
I don't know where we are headed but my bet will be that I will be liquidating for some profit taking and be the owner of a new AR before Christmas.

I think the window on this investment is closing fast. Thanks to both ultrasonic and XRD analysis methods, accurate hand portable scanners in the sub $7000.00 USD range are quickly bringing non-destructive assay to retailers and and metals buyers everywhere.

Quote: S&P 500 is up roughly 65% during the President's first term, and more than 11% this year. http://business.time.com/2012/11/08...xzz2BfwpRwxVSo no, his re-election alone wouldn't be a reason for stocks to fall. On the other hand, the obstructionism in Washington that has caused the melodramatically named 'fiscal cliff' is certainly cause for concern.

Coinwatch -- I truly wish there were portable hand-held detectors at every local coin/PM dealer's shop and at every coin show (1 for every 20 tables). Unfortunately - at $7K a pop, I don't see anybody but the truly big-league players being inclined to invest in one of them these days. I do however look forward to "the day."

Quote: I wish I could scrape together the capital to get a couple more ounces of gold before Thanksgiving. Yeah, I know the feeling. One problem for me is that Jim Willy is saying that both gold and silver are about to enter a very strong bull market up-leg but that silver will outperform gold by 3:1. That's pretty good incentive to keep on stackin' the white metal. Quote: I just heard that inflows into the PM ETF's have increased dramatically the last few days. Wouldn't surprise me a bit. I could not talk my wife into buying any gold or silver but I added 100 shares of SGOL to her IRA and she didn't even bat an eye. Go figure.

Ed,sometimes ya just gotta find a way to "repackage"an idea to make it fly. The whole silver will outperform gold is probably right,I just want to balance my stack a bit. If silver goes up 10%,I will still be able to buy some. If gold goes up much more it will be out of my range unless I buy fractionals which I hate to do because of the premiums. I just got a 10 oz. silver bar so the gold itch is taking over.

@hockingzig 10 ounce silver bars are growing on me now as well. For this bullion hoarder, 10 ounces is so much easier to store and they do not have unnecessary numismatic premiums.
