@matthewvincent,

You said: "A choice is also given if you want your name also included on the edge."
Where was that choice on the order form; either I don't see it or I may have missed it?
I am wondering if I can request them to put my daughter name on the edge, instead of mine, IF the option of having name on the edge available?

Oh!
The decision to include a name was decided after the original order form was made.
As the time limit has closed, an email to Len Augsburger may just work. I was told to just include a note on my order form.
I did so.
As it is not to long after the official closing I expect that they will accommodate you.
Matthew, at your service for further help if needed.
And the name may only apply to a gold issue. Do not know about the silver.

Yesterday I received a confirmation from Len that my order and coin were received.

Awaiting report on mintages of the three examples.

To anyone:
Has Mr. Carr ever had his designs executed in gold before?
If so, links would be much appreciated.

I think it's a very nice looking medal and if you like the art and want it and the price isn't a problem, buy it. I f you want bullion at small premium over spot, that's something else. If you like the art and it pleases your eye, think about buying it.

To billymac11,
Well said. Those of us who chose to buy these medals did so, not because we want to flip
them for a quick sale for profit, but because we want to become a part of coin and medal history.
To me, this was an opportunity not to be missed.
