As I understand it, MC members are assigned reps by region once they have made significant purchases with the RCM. Reps are, however, not exclusive to the big spenders as I've heard of reps asking for and representing referrals from their regular customers. I don't know about their salary but they do get commission (a very small one though) from sales. |

Well that makes sense. If I was a high roller, I would expect a higher service level. Maybe after this hoard purchase, my ranking will go up.

I did purchase 1912, 1913, and 1914 hand select gold coins but over several calls. This on top of o Canada subscription in 1oz silver, 1/10oz gold, 3 Dino's, 25 silver maple leaf anniversary coin.
I have to admit it was a large order but it was through 3 different customer service reps. I was only assigned because of the multiple orders and there was a confusion about some of the coins ordered.

If you spend over 3k a year you get a rep there are only 7 of thoese reps and they can do a lot for you

My 3 coins came in today. 3 days before I'm gone on vacation for a couple weeks. Such a relief.. I will post pics when I get home.
