Bm0ney Pillar of the Community Canada 1005 Posts	Posted 01/11/2013 9:44 pm The most obvious way to tell is if it is a date not issued for circulation but you find circulating. Where there is no damage they are extremely reflective. Very sharp square rims. I should've kept this one long enough to take some proper photos.
