If we assume it is true that dealers have the coins but aren't selling them, then I think that speaks volumes to the dealer's opinion of the quality of the coins.

It's going to be a very long month plus before these things get shipped...

Maybe some of these dealers were brought in to offer advice on which coins would belong in which set.
That could be a good thing. Higher quality coins released

I agree Coin Chick however the mint said they had their employees check the coins.
If they did have dealers in to help catergorize the coins then that would be a good thing but if they sold off the best of the coins(first choice) to dealers without disclosing the information then that could very easily work against them and possibly end up with a lawsuit or two.
