I think it might be but looking for confirmation from the Ike specialist. This certainly looks different than the other 1974-S Clad Proofs that I have. Thanks,

Here is some info on the Eskimo boot from "The Ike Group"

Based on this, I'd say no,your coin is not an Eskimo Boot R.

Thanks for the link - my knowledge on Ike's is very limited and now I can't wait to get home and pull them out to look at the few I have.
