The 2007 coins are UNC - that's why they appear so clean. I agree with the others - don't routinely clean coins. However, having said that, there are times when a light wash is needed. I have been known to use hot water and detergent to remove dirt. Just a light rub with the fingers usually does the trick. The problem with using this method on some coins, however, is that you often remove the toning or patina that gave the coin its original appearance. What you can end up with is a coin that looks a lot worse that it did before the clean. It's amazing what a bit of toning can conceal - fine, hairline scratches can suddenly appear from nowhere. I must confess to having spoilt a few coins by trying to improve their appearance! I don't do it any more.
