Certainly a cool coin if real. Any Pillars of the Community know what this is?

First of all,
To the Community!

A clearer picture would help, but this is no doubt a magician's trick coin. Look carefully around the rim; you will see a very thin seam where two coins were cut in half and the two reverses were soldered together. Odds are the two obverses are out there fooling people, too!

If yours is like mine, there should be a visible seam along the coins edge.

If the coin has a high quality join, the most probable place to find it would be on the edge, most probably at the right angle, where obv. or rev. face meets the edge. Should be able to find it with a 10x loupe.

My mother bought me one over 40 years ago when she visited the mint. I keep it as a good memory of her.

What a nice way to come on board. It's definitely a neat find in circulation.
