its from the Republic of China (Taiwan), looks a bit like a 5 Yuan. Can we see the other side?

Oh, okay, you were able to find the exact year. Someone had a bunch of world coins in their petty cash bin at work, so they brought them home for me. People at her work often travel and you can't really spend them.
