I feel the extension of this series should go to 2031 and have the 2032 mark the 100th anniversary of the design and the 300th anniversary of George Washington's birthday.

I like that idea as well. It would be easy to adjust the release schedule (having a couple of six coin years) so that the second round ends in 2031.

Of course, this is assuming that the quarter is still around after they eliminate the nickel.

Ive actually completely changed my mind on that after a few days. Forget eliminating the nickel, unless you just mean the new design. I like quarters too much. Just to mix it up some make the dime a 15 cent piece and slightly bigger

@smokeriderdon I assumed this was done. If Kelly doesn't want them, I'll take them. Please let me know.

Thanks.

So far I have only found 4 ATB Quarters in pocket change. 1 - D Olympic, 1 - D Chickasaw, 1 -D El Yunque and 1- D Denali. The Denali is so clean, I think it just came off a roll.

The 300 million does not include the coinage from San Francisco. So the numbers are even much much higher.
