I think the emperor is Valerian or Gordian I.Maybe looks like Valerian more

What makes you say Gordian I? I can find nothing like it. Do you have a suspect attribution?

I tryed to search it as Gordian I,Gordian II,Philip I,Trajan Decius and Valerian.I found some Valerian coins who have reverse with table/Altar but they are not the same

Given what can be seen from the reverse legend, could be from Phrygia, Kibyra

I've had this badly worn coin in sitting on my desk for six months, haven't been able to figure it out. I'm pretty sure that 3 legged table reverse though, which I've never seen before. thanks for posting.
