I've posted in the past about this 1900 O Morgan dollar with rim Cud, but had quality problems with the pictures in that dicussion. Here's the updated photos. Would this be considered an error?

It almost looks like the coin was dropped and pushed the rim inward but I might be wrong so ill wait to see what everyone else says about it

Rim crumbling. A neat little feature but not particularly rare with Morgans. Yes, an "error" depending on your definition of the term.
