For me, it would be one of the following:
a) Saint-Gaudens Double Eagle

b) Rhodes AR Didrachm.
Head of Helios three-quarters right / stem of rose with bud on right

c) Great Britain Crown, St. George Slaying Dragon

As for one of my favorite types, I'd go with the Gothic florins

I would have to go with the Gobrecht dollar. Currently I own none but I do have some Gobrecht style medals coming from the LSCC by Dan Carr.

One beautiful coin.

The St. Gauden's is an obvious choice, but I think I'm going to have to go with the Walking Liberty design found on the half dollar and the ASE:

Not sure why so many say the Morgan silver dollar but not the same design for the Dime, Quarter and Half Dollar?

Size matters

I prefer the the design of a barber half over a Barber quarter, even though they are the same...

And I didn't appreciate the chinese panda design as much until I held a kilo panda in my hands....

Bacchus2 & CaptainFwiffo,

Those coins are so over the top. A very busy design that takes a little bit of time to digest. I have never seen either of these until today. The wow factor is there. Thanks for sharing.
