Looks like 007 IMO....I could be wrong...but I am pretty sure.

Nice find!

After closer inspection I am almost positive it is 007...The T in Liberty is distinctly different in 004 and 007. Yours matches 007

Agree it looks like 007.The PUP for 004 is the die scratch on the reverse as seen on coppercoins.

And I'm in on #7 as well, the doubling in the date isn't as robust as #4.
