I wouldn't be afraid to use your other grading certs. Just be sure to use a well taped, secure, sturdy box rather than an envelope. Even if the envelope is cardboard, it still bends and crushes and tears. I will never use any form of envelope again to send coins or anything else that isn't flat paper. I have had losses due to this as well.
Also, remember that there are other shipping companies. UPS and Fed Ex are both very fast and well organized carriers. They have expedited service and offer insurance.
