The guy asked me to remove his pic..You can see why.. I said sure no prob..Even though I did not think I was doing anything wrong , I removed his pic ...The guy reports me to ebay as copyright inf....and has my listing pulled on 1 simple coomplaint ?

that's silly, I think you should have full rights to ANY of the pictures on the internet as long as it doesn't have a name or water mark on the picture.

as my funds aren't able to keep up with high grade Victoria's, I've never had the chance to hold many (other than my local coin store) so I can't help you with this Victoria. but I can tell you i'd buy yours over his any day.

I'd give yours the higher grade Art. She is a little cheeky though, wearing her scars like that. And she's taken 2 to the temple as well. The luster is nice.

funny on both coins the marks near the temple seem to be almost the same....As for the light marks on cheek in hand not even there..I think the huge pic amplifies what they really look like.......BUt I want grades guys....I know what they are just want what everyone else thinks

My grading is not nearly good enough to venture a number. I either am way too harsh, or way to soft. (I've noticed this particularily on coins I like....)

I would place it modestly at VF. Good details with slightly worn on the high points and a few rim dings but over all the rim is still nice. Nice coin. Be awhile before I can add this coin to my album.

IMO your coin is VF30 the other should have been VF20.
Including the other sellers photo in your listing was very distasteful, and probably a turnoff to potential buyers. If you want an ICCS grade, submit the coin.

DBM, the pic you see is how I done it..I did not think any harm..I was simply wanting to show potential buyers that I was not over grading my coin ..By using both pics I figured any buyer would be glad to see that ICCS would grade mine higher... As I said I removed it right away when he asked, but what gets me is he had my listing canceled after the fact when no pic was there?

I personally would not have an issue if someone used my pic as comparison ...Especially when the one is ICCS .

This picture had the "Ashrap" removed and there was no link or credit given by the person who posted it on a discussion website. I asked for it to be removed and it was. If you're going to borrow or steal a photo you should give credit to the owner and depending on how it is used you should ask permission.

@artdio a word Do not use someone elses pictures or word for word descriptions unless you have their permission and you give credit in your listings. NOT cool!

@Artdio Personally I understand where you are coming form, makes sense and I might have done the same thing if I were advertising grade on numi stuff. Nothing wrong with comparing a graded coin to show where you think yours would rank. I think that if someone wants to make a stink about it, they are being a bunch of tight asses. No harm done.

Zonad, when I got his message asking to remove it I did so right away , but to cry about it common.. What was he scared about ..? and 54 I would never use other descriptions I have a mind of my own...

Again I would not care at all if someone used my pic to compare..Its not like I used his pic and said mine looks like this? know what I meen..

But anyways whats done is done.... I just think he went overboard ...
