I have seen estimates of 3500 for the subscription box though I'm not sure anyone knows for sure and I don't think the set COA is numbered.

Many of the boxes were sent out, especially to dealers, without that COA. Getting the set COA after the fact has proven to be difficult.

@Cowboy: thanks for looking into it.

I got just the box separately from a dealer and it never came with a COA. Did the mint sell additional boxes, on top of the subscription sets ?
