sturmgrenadier Valued Member United States 84 Posts	Posted 03/02/2013 12:02 pm I received my three Dinosaur coins (the second one). The dinosaur side of each is flawless. But on all three, the queen's entire cheek and neck have this whitish, translucent color(best way I can describe it in words-sorry, I don't know how to take pics and post them. And I don't know if the color difference would show up in a photo anyway. It' noticeable to the naked eye, but is not so dramatic of a difference. Under my LED, lamp the whitish color really intensifies and stands out). There are no bagmarks on these coins, so I don't know if it's fair for me to call my three coins 'defective'. I'm going to keep them, because I haven't had much luck with returning coins to RCM. Usually, the coin I receive in exchange is flawed in some way, too. Plus, over the past year, I have mailed three separate requests for refund of my return shipping (I included my post office receipts,referenced the RMA#'s and mailed to the right address), but I never even received a reply to any of them:( I wonder if they are simply discarded? Anyway, returning coins to RCM has been a problematic proposition at best in my experience. I don't know if other posters have had better luck with getting acceptable replacements and reimbursement of return shipping costs? Report this Post to the Staff

SA4H Pillar of the Community United States 2764 Posts	Posted 03/07/2013 2:44 pm From the 3 dino I received from the Mint, one of them have a line on the Queen's side, look like a cracked case but I don't feel anything when touching the holder, so I opened the older and use air pressure to flow it out (a piece of broken plastic)..... so make sure you check for those things.
