ndgoflo Pillar of the Community United States 626 Posts	Posted 04/17/2007 2:41 pm Thanks for the replies everyone. The outer ring is copper, and from the obverse it makes it look quite intereting. I have seen cents encased in silver dollar sized aluminum, lucky horseshoes, but never anything like this. Perhaps someone had it done as a "lucky penny"? Interesting piece, nonetheless.
