Man, if this is confirmed ima be bummed out. I was waiting patiently to see the last one issued.
I wanted to buy a roll of the last issue, actually I wanted a roll of the Bears and then I watched the prems go up and I was like whats going on? and then they were gone...
I might have to jump on the pronghorn's if its the last one.

Thanks for bringing that to our attention Rockdaddy. Another fine design. Not what I would have picked, but the largest land animal in North America can't be considered a bad choice. It seems they went with the predators for the first half and the herbivores for the second.

Ugh ....... Don't like it, too cartoonish. The wolf was art. Seems to have gone downhill since..

I like how Damstra uses more of the coin for landscape detail on the Antelope and Bison than Woodruff did on the first 4. I disagree with denco7. Great amount of life-like detail to try and put on a 38 mm piece of metal. The cougar gets my vote for the weakest (and most cartoonish) design of the 6.

Rockdaddy
thanks for posting that!
Man I think its great, ima already planning on getting a few singles and I gotta get a roll, love this beast!
cant get enough of these wildlife coins from the various mints.
If now we could get them to do a series like this but in proof version with a COA and nice presentation case.

I think they tried to make it a little too "clean/pretty" around the eyes, but I still like it. @yup7676 - If/when they make these proof (gilded or not) in a set with box and CoA I'll pick it up, but I haven't been wanting to buy this series one by one in BU for some reason... I asked you before in another thread where you got your 2013 britannias that don't have scratches, but you may not have seen that?

Quote: If now we could get them to do a series like this but in proof version with a COA and nice presentation case. They have just come out with a one ounce proof wildlife series of five with a wooden presentation case. Beaver, Polar Bear, Caribou, Wolf and Orca. Available as a subscription; mintage 8,500; $89.95 per coin; issued bi-monthly through October. They only show the beaver now. Nice design with a mother beaver and two kits.
