Just noting Arianzo that the mintage on my 2012 Year of the Dragon 1/2 ounce silver coin is 588,888 and there is a serialized COA, so mintage may not be the deciding factor in which a coin gets a number. I agree with you on the 20 for 20's and other mass produced quarter million mintage jobbies, just a printed card.

I wonder if a positive answer was found about the letter on the COA? Previous posts proved it wasn't a replacement COA with both the same number and the number with R COAs released to the public. It's not a topic that comes up very often, but a letter R on the COA is still happening. I've attached a picture of a 2020 Pysanka COA.
