This is not suppose to be.

Looks exactly like my Dino #1 after my son played with it outside.

aw man. I don't come back for one week and I miss so much. You guys are fast Oh well. I did placed an order with the Mint but hoped to cancel and order from CP instead because of the free shipping.

Lostwords, not speaking about the Dino coin since I haven't received mine yet but with some of the other Mint coin capsules, mine have the same thing. They're unsightly and kind of scratchy. In fact, the capsule on one of my coins actually has a bit that sticks out and it's sharp. It's as though the capsules come joint together and have to be broken apart resulting in these marks and extra bits.

The capsules I have from the mint have that. Its just where they were separated from the plastic stem when they were produced.

Thanks all for the input. I did look at my other coin capsules from RCM and they do have it. But this time around, it seems a bit more obvious than the others.

I picked up a dino at the post office on tuesday. The capsule wasn't closed properly and I had to force it closed. Seemed ridiculous to me

Lostwords you noticed it more maybe because there is no edge on the coin.. Maybe lol
And big spender not completely close capsule happen but it's dosent affect the coins since RCM doesn't air seal their coins, they are dipped in a special liquid that prevents coins from tarnishing.
