Check out http://about.ag/# It's the best source I've seen for pictures of and info about Engelhard silver bars. They made a 1oz "Gold Standard" labelled silver bar,
but there's no info about a 10oz size labelled that way. The 1oz ones appear on ebay periodically. They are collector-prized and sought after, so they do command
a bit of a premium. If I could get the 1oz ones for a couple dollars over spot at my LCS, I'd grab all of them I could get. 10oz---I don't know. Never heard of those.

If anybody else has any better Engelhard info sites than the one I posted above, please post them. Thanks.

You're right. The 10oz "Gold Standard" bar was right there in front of my nose. Life can be hard when you're older than dirt and 85% blind.

If you can get those for a couple dollars over spot @ your LCS, you won't be going wrong by grabbing them quickly---before somebody else does.

Since the tungsten cored gold scam, it is now a lot harder to buy bars from the Perth Mint.
They want to know a lot more about the buyer.
