Hi all I was wondering if any one can tell me if this coin is one of the overdates for 1822 as there seems to be something going on with the date but also there are some RP letters so not sure .. thanks

"Anchor Money" is rarely discussed on CCF.
I have a few fractionals, but information, especially regarding errors & varieties, is scarce.
